Diving specialty
DIVING WITH NITROX (AIR ENRICHED)
Once obtained the title of Open Water Diver, the diving course with Nitrox (enriched air) is one of the first specialties that divers seek.
Why? Because as a good diver, you will know that the time we can be diving is limited by the nitrogen saturation of our body. As you have already learned in your previous courses, the air is composed of 79% nitrogen and 21% oxygen. A tank loaded with a Nitrox mixture carries a higher percentage of oxygen, which reduces the percentage of nitrogen.
